Andy Bauck - Head Coach of Soccer Centre
Andy has been coaching kids within Hedge End Rangers for many years. Andy is currently a Primary School PE Subject Leader and is a Level 3 (UEFA B) Qualified coach. He is the first step in our support structure to helping kids into football and has helped place over 1,000 players into football development from the Hedge End community.

Callum Elvin - Assistant Coach Boys & Girls
Callum is into his 2nd year of coaching with Hedge End Rangers and is currently training for his Level 1 and referee courses. Callum is a leading student at Wildern School where he is taking his GCSE. Callum was also coached by Andy back in 2011 and progressed into Hedge End Rangers team where he progressed for the next 6 seasons.

Ethan Patch - Assistant Coach Boys & Girls
Ethan is in his first season as a Hedge End Rangers coach and was original coached by Andy back in 2014. Ethan has played the previous 5 seasons with Hedge End Rangers FC. Ethan at Wildern School where he is studying PE, Science and Business Studies as options.

Keira Kelly - Assistant Coach Girls
Keira is an excellent coach for our girls. A qualified referee who has been helping drive football coaching in schools, she now joins the team to help support and develop girls in football. She plays football as well, and is very passionate for the game. She is a Wildern student in her final year and was also a mascot at the Womens Euros 2022! She was also 'there' when football came home!!
