Hedge End Rangers uses Pitchero to host our website, email and club app. This enables us to increase the communication, share information and reduce administration burden for the club, our coaches and you the parents & senior players.

Following the instructions below, we can get you setup with our club as soon as possible. If you are registering as a parent, its important your details are completed first before entering your child under your name.

STEP 1 – Download the Pitchero App from your app store.

STEP 2 – Chose to register and input YOUR details and approve the terms of service and create an account.

STEP 3 – Choose Football and search ‘Hedge End Rangers’ and select.

STEP 4 – Under ‘My Roles’ select parent and add your child to your account. If they have already been created by another parent, simply search the child’s name instead.

STEP 5 – If you are applying a specific session, team, or soccer centre you need to choose the following team names;

YrR to Yr6 - Please select the school year that your son has been accepted a place on our boys soccer centre.
GIRLS SOCCER CENTRE - For girls who have been accepted a place on our Girls soccer centre.
TEAM - Select the team name that you have been accepted to join by the coach or club official.

Selecting the correct group will mean you receive the right information about your team or session.

STEP 6 – You will receive and automated message from the club asking to complete all the information for you and your child.

STEP 7 – If the correct information has been provided and you have selected the relevant team for your child, you will receive an acceptance note from the club. DO NOT ask to join a team if you haven’t been confirmed by the coach.
